2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per order, per customer, or per household. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), card payments, and mobile wallet payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) where available. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather or holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days where available. Free shipping thresholds apply to eligible orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the shipment has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a return request through the Orders section. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Certain items (including sale items) may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
